I dont quite understand, you say you can get to the www. version of it and the version without www but then you say you cant get to both at the same time??? Anyhow plesk automatically sets up the domain so both work, if your having trouble getting to one or the other, its prob because your isp still has your old ip address cached out for either the www version or the non www version, all you can do is wait. I bet if you ask someone whos never viewed your site ever in their life both work just fine.

another question though, the "DNS zone status" if I don't want one of domain clients to see parts of this record I just need to remove them in the admin sectino right?

The only thing a client with access to DNS will see is his own records and any hosted sites that he adds. No other DNS info will be there. If you do not want them to even see this just turn the access to DNS off in their preferences.

ok maybe you can help me with this question/problem. My name servers are ns.bweebhosting.com and ns2.bweebhosting.com. I just registered them earlier today so you can't access the domain probably. I changed my settings on my personal computer to use my dns servers so that I can access bweebhosting.com which is my dedicated server with plesk 2.5. Now I create a new domain for a new client called humanmisery.com which I also changed today to point too ns.bweebhosting.com (which when i did a whois is already active.). I choose physical hosting and set it up but I cannot access humanmisery.com on my computer. Why is this? My personal computer is using my servers dns, shouldn't when I added this domain under plesk 2.5 it makes a dns entry for it? Even when I ssh in and ping humanmisery.com it dosen't know where it is. The picture is of my DNS settings for the domain humanmisery.com, is there anything I should change? I am reading about DNS and Plesk 2.5 but could use a little help.

I am also having a problem with webmail which I think is tied to this whole DNS issue. webmail.bweebhosting.com comes up but it justs says

"Either you have logged in incorrectly or your login has expired. Please login again. "

when i login and I am positive I am using the right password. Any ideas?

yay i fixed everything!! read a couple chapters in my book and figured out how i was messing up dns records, dumb mistake. Everything is working now :)

Good to see you have this working now.. Did you also get the webmail problem fixed, with the timeout errors and invalid password?

ya once i fixed the dns nameserver issue it all started working :), not sure why but it did
