GWDGuy 05-17-2002, 11:17 PM Not that we can change anything but what do you mean? SoftWareRevue 05-17-2002, 11:19 PM Doesn't bother me. :) But, I don't purposely go there either. The only way I end up there is if it's a new post that interests me when I refresh the View New Posts page. Michael M 05-18-2002, 12:39 AM I don't like it. However, my main dislike is the 5-day/one thread limit. It's great to have. And keeps everything fresh with new people and new offers. But it should be only three to four days. Five is just to long. TimPD 05-18-2002, 01:41 AM I don't like it either... Acroplex 05-18-2002, 04:03 AM Originally posted by Michael M I don't like it. However, my main dislike is the 5-day/one thread limit. You can always free-ride on someone else's ad :D j/k xharine 05-19-2002, 12:08 AM I think the threads should be sorted by the latest posting date instead....=P Chicken 05-19-2002, 02:44 AM Under the New Thread button at the top in the post list, there is a Last Post link, which gets you 'how it was' : http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=27&daysprune=30&pagenumber=1&perpage=40&sortorder=desc&sortfield=lastpost Jag 05-19-2002, 02:51 AM ya I know, but its just more in line with the rest of the forums if it were still the way it used to be. I think the current sort (default) is rather stupid, but thats just me I guess. StarGate 06-13-2002, 01:10 PM It has it adbvantages and disadvantages |
