There are plenty hongkong server here, but am not sure has hong kong reselling host or not, maybe you can search the forum

I'm not completely familiar with the bandwidth pricing and such in asia, but it may be a more cost effective solution to go with a West Coast Based U.S. Server as they typically have excellent ping times from Asia. Just a suggestion. =)

Well the only provider that comes to mind is RTG, has anyone had experience with them? You might want to try and do a search for them here on WHT.
