I designed this logo for my website and MX team, in photoshop. Looks great and works great for the website however for custom graphics the logo needs to be an Adobe Illustrator or EPS logo - must be vector art. It cannot be a .jpg, as the quality will not be high enough for printing.

I started making it in illustrator and I am a total n00b in illustrator and I mostly ran into problem with making the guy in the middle and the black to white transfer.

Is there any pro illustrator guys that can help me get this fixed and in illustrator VECTOR form.

If someone can make the logo in illustrator for me, does not need to be exact copy. I will pay if price is reasonable. However I need to get this done quickly.

Do you have this guy's shape in vectors already? That's the most time-consuming and tedious part to vectorize.
Once you have this silhouette, the rest will be simple.

i just have all the layers and everything i made in photo shop and i started like making the shapes in illustrator like i have the ovals but i can't make anything but oval shapes and what not.

You can import that .gif image into illustrator and set that layer as a template. From there you can use the pen tool to trace over the image and create your points. This is not very hard, but it can be very tedious at times.

Import the image from PS into Illy, and use the autotrace tool on the shape. The rest is simple in there to recreate.
