Hi.

Anyone who accepts paypal also, and gets a customer who cancels within a few hours and demands refunds and when you are late by a few hours [within 24 hours still of the refund request], they contact paypal to get a refund?

Never knew paypal would send a warning email in that case. The case has ofcourse been dismissed by paypal as refund was made in a timely manner, [can't reach the url paypal sent for the case anymore, thus I think the case has been closed, hmmm] but wondering if anyone else got this via paypal transactions.

I had a similar situation, a customer somehow managed to signup each month for monthly web hosting, before he knew it, he was being charged 4 times per month.

He thought we were doing it (how?!?) and sent in a thing to paypal, paypal rep emailed and I'm like "is there any possible way I could sign this dude up without his knowledge, and if so, do you think Iwould have only hit him for $3.95, a month, each month? though he has overpaid, and I'll cancel all but the first subscription" and all was well, the rep laughed
