does it require any script to run?

just need to change some text information there,
im really rookie on this website stuff,
so it will be great if someone could guide me there :)

or maybe any simple tutorial to learn without need of high web knowledge?
any reply will be much appreciated

Get a web host with Fantastico and you can install scripts that have templates with just a few clicks of the mouse.

To edit a template you will need to learn html and css, and then get a html editor to manipulate the templates however you want.

mostly templates companies give you sliced templates. You just need to edit files in any HTML editor programe and change text there.

i advise you to use frontpage. It is simple and like word editor to edit templates. But you need to fireworks/photoshop/flash if you have images files to edit.

I'd recommend you to use Dreamweaver if you're going to use css-templates. I've used frontpage for many years now, but I'm now running parallell with DreamWeaver and I'm starting to like it more and more - but as earlier poster has stated; FrontPage is really easy to use.
