on the webiste im designing ive got quite a lot of images off of those royalty free image sites but what i want to know is there any site that offers those types of pictures and graphics for free?

and aslo just out of question are there any sites that offer really good templates like the ones found on template monster and those sites for a very low price/free?

Alamy isn't free. Google Images is not a source for images... They are usually copyrighted and cannot be used in templates for sure.
