Look at the Sun Cobalt knowledge base. Please note that you MUST use the network cards that are listed or else the restore will not work.
Prior to the restore, restore the CMOS first. To do this:
1. While the RaQ is powered down, hold the E Button.
2. Turn on the RaQ. DO NOT LET GO OF THE E BUTTON.
3. Hold the E Button until you see the CMOS Restore message.
4. While holding down the E Button, turn off the RaQ.
Now continue with the restore.
THis is from the Sun Cobalt Knowledgebase @

When you boot the PC with the OS restore CD the following instructions will come up.
Just follow them.

Indeed, it's as simple as that.
Just surf to the IP with /admin
e.g. http://123.123.123.123/admin
The Power Supply...
Can't help you :(

After the restore, you need to access the server for the initial setup with http://ipadress first.
This will take you to the initial startup page and allow you to name the server, create a password for the admin, and do other initialization steps.
