512mb RAM (Asus Motherboard, 3gb max)
40 gig hdd
10/100 NIC (3com)
APC access (remote reboot)
up to 8 ip addresses (to start)
300gb transfer

$150/mo, Free Setup!

Also, We will be providing colocation with the following specifications:

$35/u, Includes power through an APC masterswitch (remote reboot)
Bandwidth for $0.50/gb, no limits/minimum's!
Free setup!

Rack Pricing:

1/4 Rack (10u) - $200/mo, 5 amps power
1/2 Rack (20u) - $350/mo, 10 amps power
3/4 Rack (30u) - $425/mo, 15 amps power
Full Rack (40u) - $600/mo, 20 amps power

Bandwidth Pricing:

1mbps - $110/mbps
5mbps - $100/mbps
10mbps - $90/mbps

CPanel/WHM is available for $65/mo.
Extended Technical support is available for $40/hr. billed in 30 minute increments.

Yes,

Currently we get bandwidth from cogent exclusively. We're in the process of moving to another network which will be providing multihomed bandwidth between Cogent, Epik, and possibly at&t or qwest. We're moving there within the week, and they'll be multihomed with full bgp4 within the next 2-5 months.
