msn isn't one of our official support methods. We have live, email / ticketing as well as a phone number listed on our site :) (overseas users should add 61 prefix to the number)

What about DA instead of cPanel?

don't officially do it, but can provide a server without cpanel - take $20 off and install it yourself.

First box has gone but in a couple of hours will have another box with same specs ready to go.
