I am going to be signing up with netacore pretty soon, my question is that in their ordering process they ask for a domain name. I have a domain name but it is not hosted right now, it is sitting on a free domain parking account inactive.

Do i need the domain to be active and once i have signed up will netacore give me a static ip for my domain or will i have to pay extra to get that static ip if i need one at all?

Once you have signed-up with them, they will give you 2 nameservers, i.e., NS1.theirdomain.com and NS2.theirdomain.com

Ask your registrar (you can do it yourself if you can) to point your domain to those to Nameservers. Your domain will propagate around the world about 12 to 72 hours. You are done. :)
