hi, panels are too expensive but I need a solution for my resellers. I'd like to do what follows:

offer (like mchost.com does) f.eg. 1000mb webspace and say: you can put a maximum number of websites on this space.

is there a free or cheap (cheaper than panels) way to do this?

it would be enough if my reseller could do this by using the shell access..
