How do these three rate? Is there a clear winner?

www.rackshack.net
www.4webspace.com

I am looking to spend $200 or less per month on a managed web server. I understand all these use cobalt RAQ4 and Linux.

The flip is something like:
IBM xSeries 200 and 300
Industry-leading IBM quality
Featuring IntelŪ PentiumŪ III processors
128MB standard/1.5GB max ECC SDRAM memory
From 20GB storage standard/240GB IDE or 293.6GB SCSI max optional internal storage
Flexible configuration options to match application requirements
Includes Dialtone's Server Interface management software

Which I guess has its own proprietary control panel?

RackShack is NOT managed, and RackShack hardly ever has Cobalts available.

I second that. Rackspace should be the clear winner.

Well, I only have experience with 4webspace out of those 3, but a managed RaQ3 would run you short of $200, and 4r short of $300 (with a healthy amount of transfer).

If you're primary need is transfer, and the price seems good to you, then I can say that my experience with them was very positive.
