I'm looking for help with a PHP based user comments code. It's a system that allows users to reply to other comments and have those comments apear in a threaded look.

The main code is done, but I'm having problems having the threaded look without the use of the <UL> HTML tag (my problem is not a HTML issue). Please contact me so I can explain further and so a price can be worked out.
