One of my domain is down now and I need to change the DNS. BUT! To my dismay I can't even login to namesdirect.com to manage domain, it says unable to connect...

I already sent a contact form to request assistence, not sure if it'll be fixed or not.

Any namesdirect users out there? I can't login to manage my domain's dns for days and my domain has been down for 3 days already.
