I need and ETP who works similar to Namecheap and register domain names without prepayment, anyone has any idea?

ETP is "Enom Technology Partner" and eNom usually works on prepayment basis...

Care to give us more details about what exactly you need? A domain reseller account without prepayment? Usual place to register domains? A storefront to your existing reseller account?
