Around and around this crazy wheel I go..
First, I have to say I don't need a partner I can do this without but a proper partner would make my life considerably easier.. and the fact is I have other projects to get too once I get this started so not having to do it alone makes it easier
I am not new to the partner threads this is my 5-6th attempt in 1 - 2 years and the truth is I haven't really marketed hard for a partner I've only tried WHT.. it goes to show I'm not trying that hard to find one.. but then the search criteria is limited
If you want a chance at this partnership you will have to show true dedication, bring money upfront or fly out here meet me etc. and your going to need a lot of patience as well.. I've only been planning this for 2 years and am finally close to closing the deal (and I've been saying this for 8 months.. but maybe for once it's true)
The proposed DC Location is Denver, CO
The Bandwidth providers are virtually all.. minus a few like savvis/c&w, the building is telco hotel and this means connections with no local loop cost..
The upfront monthly costs are between $300-900 (safe bet is in the middle) with a estimated 10 mbit of whoever and 30 amps to start..
The connections can literally be turned on in a minute (realistic a few days) and be piping out transfer up to 16 gbit.. (but I would only consider a fast turnup for the right partner)
Target Market = not open to public discussion
Buy-in costs estimated = $2500 just to start (does a partner require a full or partial buy-in? NO but the funds will need to be paid back through profits)
Estimated return monthly 6-12 Months - Maybe $6k monthly split 50/50
In two years time depends on sales but $10-100k is not unrealistic..
