Is www.mrsmiley.com a scam?

I had received mesasge from my fren to tell me to recommend more ppl to that site

Well there is nothing like Privacy Policy, so imagine what will they do with your e-mail address :)

I would highly recommend against signing up....They said if I did, I would get a free Mr. Smiley T-shirt....and here I sit, no T-shirt and enough spam to feed the entire armed forces!!!
