To all domains that wont use my Hosting service, i want to give acess to the cliente change DNS.

IS there any service, that permits to me, host Domains and give user & password to each domain, for they admin their DNS?

Which registrar are you using for domain names?

GoDaddy, but i dont want to use their reseller program

I was under the impression that you were already a reseller of a registrar and looking to build your own interface. I have never heard of any type of control panel out there that would allow you to do what you are wanting to do. Your best bet would be to contact GoDaddy about their API and integrate it into a custom script to do this if you really want to. If you went the reseller route both Enom and DirectI provide reseller API kits that allow you to create your own custom setup for domain control (and many billing systems have support for these already built in).

Why do you not want to become a reseller? It may be against GoDaddy's TOS to do what you are trying to do.

use direct or someone else for reseller, they are cheaper and less drama
