View Full Version : NameCheap haven't replied for week!!!

Hi guys,
I am so tired these days waiting the response from NameCheap.

Week ago, my friend asked me to add fund into his acc on NameCheap via my Visa Debit Card. In my country, when you put some money into your Debit Card, you have to wait until 7PM to use them. So around 7PM-8PM that day, we tried several times to add fund to NameCheap but we failed.

Then, we successfully added ~$60, bought some domains. Everything seemed ok until the next day his account got DISABLED cause of fraud prevention team !!!

We thought the several failed times cause the trouble so he and me did try to send NameCheap support some emails to explain everything with the phone number - and I can't believe that so far there are one week left and we haven't received any reply from NameCheap.

How can I do now? :(

It my be on your end the problem is Try sending from a different email address.
