I have just learned of a company that has gone bankrupt and they used to offer dedicated hosting-
My question is this how do I find all of their customers? Is there a script or program that would allow my to do this- I doubt that their customers DNS servers would be the like
1ns.bankruptcompany.com
they would probably have their own DNS server name.
Oh, man if you guys could help me

Also be advised that it is illegal to do in the USA and currently it's being ruled on in the EC. I don't know about Asia.
It's an information ruling, that has great depth of what is public domain information, and what is public information. 2 different things. the DNS information is not public domain, the information is for the public to use.
this rules also apply to those companies that post part of there client list on there web site. If a competitor uses them to solicit business they can be held liable in the future.

Spam is ineffective- ya, ya, it does work but only for large audences.
What I am going to do is call them- YES a telephone spam a full ass sales cold call.
So getting back to the topic- how does one do this?

No- I do not Spam as in unsolisted E-mail.
But the industry does make facts are it is a $70 million dollar a year business. Who was that major record label that spammed all of those people to promote their star's new album?
