Im looking to form a little company, just me, but I would like to go about it the right way. does anyone know the law here in PA?

You're in Carlisle, so go down to the Cumberland County Clerk's office and get a DBA/Ficiticous Business Name form. The simple answer can be found by checking to see if it asks for a DOB?
