Are you looking for a free support system? A paid one? There have been many threads on here that discuss support systems (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php).

At any rate, free or paid, I recommend Cerberus helpdesk (http://www.cerberusweb.com). Good features, great pricing (free and up), and excellent support :)

Everyone here will have a different opinion. What is best for us might not be the best for you (or vice versa).

Your best bet would be to try both of them out and see which one fits your business better :)

I haven't used anything from that list long enough to give it a proper review; however, I presonally love Auracle ( http://www.AuracleSupport.com ).

Both are free or have a free version, download them and try them out. The only person that can tell which one is the best is going to be you. Everybody has different needs.

For free ones - there is smarterticket also, which is quite a useful ticket application. have used it on a lot of individual projects over the past few months, been very good :P
