Get a lot of links to your pages from other sites.

as well getting links to, make sure you have some quality outgoing links as well. Also ensure your pages are seo optismised. Use the proper tags, <h1><h2><p> work on keyword density, aim each page at a different set of keywords if you can, make sure your <TITLE> tags are unquie to each page and contain your keywords.
