Hello All,

I would like to present an excellent software package for providing a shopping cart solution to your hosting or web site customers.

smc StoreBuilder is a multi-storefront management solution allowing you to deploy a fully functional shopping cart for multiple clients using one interface. It was designed for web masters who may have multiple clients and web hosting companies.

Here are the main highlights:

- Provide shopping cart services for up to 15* merchant stores - each with their own password protected, web based administration and unique storefront.
- Allow merchants to access their storefront and web based administration panel from their own domain! (Uses frames or a url redirect to actual storefront)
- Create and deploy storefront accounts using a web based interface.
- "Brandable" administration area for each merchant allows you to add a custom logo or even customize the look and feel of the administrative interface.
- Statistics for each merchant including total inventory, total space used, etc.
- Integrated billing system will notify you of anniversary dates for billing merchants.
- Easily create, store and customize templates for merchants with Layout Wizard. Each merchant can even create their own templates with no HTML experience required!
- Language translation and foreign currency capabilities. Currency modification examples: £ 4.99, € 6.33
- Create storefront accounts automatically in a quick 5-step wizard.
- Ability to provide real-time credit card processing functionality to your merchants using one of numerous payment gateways. (One--time $19.95 fee to install gateway module for use on "all" stores)
- UNIX/NT Operation

* 15 store capacity on "base" version, you pay more to increase store capacity.

The actual storefront uses smc WebStore technology, a very popular shopping cart solution for web masters and small business owners.

Webmasters can use StoreBuilder to deploy shopping carts for multiple clients and charge a monthly fee for integrating a shopping cart for the client's website.

Web hosting providers could setup a web based wizard for customers to sign up for stores, or they could build stores using the back-end interface.

In both scenarios, there is a huge potential for recurring income. The license cost is also affordable at about $60 per store one time fee or $6 per store per month if you use the remotely hosted version of StoreBuilder..

You can learn more about smc StoreBuilder at our website...

and .. smc WebStore (The actual shopping cart technology) here..

We are offering a discount for WHT users of the first month free for the remotely hosted version or a 10% coupon on the license verion - which ever you prefer. For the first month free offer, use the coupon WHTFREE when ordering online. For the 10% coupon on the license version, use the coupon WHT10.

I am also a developer for the software, so if you have any tech/operational questions .. Let me know!

Hello All.

Ive got alot of questions on and offline, so I will attempt to answer them here.

>> First off.. We are NOT affiliated in any way with SMC (Specialty Merchandise Corp). smc technologies has been in business since 1998 selling ebusiness solutions I have helped develop. I am one of the founders and smc comes from Steve MCdonald. Believe me though we get lots of people/customers sending us SMC member numbers/etc ;)

>> Concerning payment gateways, we have built the following modules to work with the shopping cart in StoreBuilder:

Authorize.net
Ecommerce Exchange
CyberCash
Verisign Payflow Pro
LinkPoint Basic/HTML
LinkPoint Select API
PayPal
WorldPay-Select Junior
Cardservice International
PlanetPayment
Authoriz.net
PSIGate
IonGate

One of the above modules costs a one time fee of $19.95 if you get the licensed version (installed on your server) or $1.95/month if you use the remotely hosted version. In either case, if you setup a module, it will work on -all- stores in the mall. So for example you gould get an Authorize.net module, then any merchant in the system with an authorize.net account could have real-time processing. You can also have multiple modules configured in the software.

If you need to work with a gateway not on the list above there is a one time $80 to build the module/programming.

boin asked about eSec. This would be an example of a one-time $80 charge to build modules for there scripts found here:

http://www.esec.com.au/sep/content/eps_support/demo/demo_info.html

>> I was also asked about technical info. StoreBuilder will run fine with 15 stores and up to 200-500 products per store on any shared hosting account with at least 500 MHZ, 128 MB. If you have a dedicated server for StoreBuilder you will see execellent performance for up to about 20,000 products per store. This has proven more than adequate for all of our StoreBuilder customers, but we are also coming out with an SQL version to lift the performance barrier for total products.

An example of a customer using a Pentim III 1GHZ 256MB is here..

Here are 3 stores all from one StoreBuilder package:

http://www.floralpros.ca/cgi-bin/sb10/sb10_01549/st/ws20_9800/main/storefront.cgi?in_store=5004

>> Merchant store management - There is a brandable interface where merchant can manage their store in a password protected area. Merchants need not know they are part of a "larger" system and the access page and admin interface can be designed with a custom wrapper to match the look/feel of your website. There is a full administration area, including most importantly a "Layout Wizard" where customers can manage and build "Themes" for their webstore look and feel. It uses an object-oriented interface to store images and blocks of text the merchant can "position" on the page. Merchant can either use this No-HTML-Required version and/or edit the raw HTML. The rest of the admin is very straight-forward and easy to manage.

Here are some links where you can see the actual admin:

StoreBuilder admin:

Layout Wizard admin:

General Admin for Merchants (Customizable):

http://www.***************.com/cgi-bin/demo-system/door.cgi?soft=sb&title=7

There is also a wizard for creating links to product pages, etc.

>> Hope that answers most common questions. Please let me know if I can answer any more questions. Also, the coupons for free month of service and 10% off expire May 24.. The free month of service coupon will basically let you try the software for free for 30 days and cancel if it does not meet your needs..

Thanks!
