hitmeback 04-05-2006, 08:16 AM Well , actually they are not sold , but we are dealing ...........
i will gladly accept any greater offer if it reaches before i say almac "yes"
almac 04-05-2006, 08:43 AM roboxoo
what are you playing at?????
for 40 each 65 for both !!!
for 50 each or 70 for both !!! I have posted sold as it is my intention to buy
I have set up an account at STormpay to pay you as you dont take paypal
it is obviously my intention to pay for them...
for you to then say you will get back to me in 6 hours or so is because there is strong response is out of order!
As for posting sold it is the convention when some is willing to pay the offer price I dont see there being said about an auction if anything an invitation to offer a lower price!
unfortunately storm pay does not make it easy to someone who has not used the site before easily pay someone or use credit cards but you know their system and i cant do it without you.
Please see sense!
hitmeback 04-05-2006, 08:46 AM my friend i reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time
ur any posting sold for any of my domain is not my decision PEACE
tke71709 04-05-2006, 09:26 AM Wow Roboxooo,
That's really dishonest of you. You posted a sale price, someone accepted it and now you don't plan on selling it for the price that you originally asked for.
That's just pathetic and bad business...
SoftWareRevue 04-05-2006, 11:09 AM my friend i reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time
ur any posting sold for any of my domain is not my decision PEACEYou need to have a look at the announcement within (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/announcement.php?f=55&a=38) this forum category.
If you are selling:
1. If you have a reserve, start the bidding at your reserved price.
2. Clearly post an end date and time.
3. State accepted payment methods.
4. If an auction is not exclusive to WHT, you must display the URL(s) within the thread.
5. End the auction at the end date and time you stated. Or when the "Buy It Now" price is reached, if you listed one.
6. Transfer ownership to the winner.
If you are buying:
1. You are responsible for the bids you post. Bid only if you plan to buy.
2. Publicly post your bid.
3. If you win an auction, pay the seller.Your post mentions nothing about an auction.
As the thread will not be allowed, it should be removed. But I think a greater good can be served by leaving it.

Woo bad practice - not the way to play!
hitmeback 04-05-2006, 12:53 PM @SoftWareRevue
ok , your rules are right, it is my mistake not to mention terms
this sale is over , i am not selling these to any body........ atleast not now
grandad 04-05-2006, 01:04 PM Hmmm that is really bad - I don't know how that should be allowed, that's clearly a breach of trust!
almac clearly bought the domains and you are reneging on the sale because you think you can get more - you should honour the sale.

no body can compel me by just posting sold , you understand
grandad 04-05-2006, 01:26 PM Nobody can compel you - it's a matter of honour and showing whether or not you are someone to do business with.
almac 04-05-2006, 01:28 PM no body can compel me by just posting sold , you understand
No one is compelling you: Posting sold merely indicates to others that the offer was accepted by the person that wishes to buy. I merely stake my claim to your offer.
hitmeback 04-05-2006, 01:41 PM well when i have sold some thing , for my honour i will take it back and return ur payment , if there is any thing wrong with the domain. what u r not getting is that the domain is/was not sold but was in the process of dealing . when final deal is out , definatley i will and have to respect that deal
hitmeback 04-05-2006, 01:45 PM No one is compelling you: Posting sold merely indicates to others that the offer was accepted by the person that wishes to buy. I merely stake my claim to your offer.
well in first place you must pm me if u have any issue , and shuld not jumped back to the post and then pm me read posting...............
Nobody is going to convince you otherwise roboxooo, but from where we sit, you offered the domain for sale. You didn't state that it was a multiple forum sale. You didn't state that you were reserving any rights. Someone offers you your asking price. That means it's SOLD in our book. That's really BAD FAITH. Such actions should NEVER be tolerated by the moderators. OK, they can't force you to sell, but they can probably prevent you from posting in the forum ever again. And I think they should.
FreshFroot 04-06-2006, 09:43 PM He should be banned, I can see him posting in a few weeks doing the same thing.....
internext 04-06-2006, 10:15 PM I will be very disappointed in WHT if they do not start taking a tough stand on people like this. To allow this sort of unethical behavior on WHT without any consequence is inexcusable.

I must say they are "OK" domains.. But I certainly wouldnt try to continue doing business with someone who will backaway from his word... He stated, VERY CLEAR mind you, that he was wanting X amount for one and Y amount for both.. He noticed there was some interested therefore he wanted to push his luck and try to get more money... It Happens..
You have 2 choices, 1.) Pay more like he wishes or 2.) Tell him off and hope he gets what he deserves...
Roboxooo, I've seen you all over these forums.. From what I can tell you were a decent person to do business withh... until now.. you just lost all of that..

almac 04-07-2006, 12:48 PM Thing is Roboxooo I was prepared to pay extra but $40 up to $100 free name or not is not the way to do business, I could not be satisfied that had i paid i would have got anything in return the trust is gone. Sadly for you at least a 100 WHT addicts will remember these posting.
end off
hitmeback 04-07-2006, 01:55 PM if you know the way to do business you would never in first place come back weeping to this post , if u have any issues you can contact me

Honour your sale that's what you can do - not only do you show that you cannot be trusted but you are rude and not the sort of member we need here.
hitmeback 04-07-2006, 03:00 PM i increased the prices abt which i have not mentioned and i have already admitted that it was y mistake , then again he comes me asking for domain ......... i again told him new pricing and i also mentioned that this is a dealing and i have am NOT saying that i have agreed on this price .......
he comes back to post even after i have mentioned that dealing is kept to be private , dont know why ?
even then i dont give a **** abt few hundred dollars , i offered him a domain free of charge just as a gift , but stil he is crying dont know why .........
labrocca 04-07-2006, 03:02 PM roboxoo should be banned...most forums would ban you for this behavior...
Also I am LABROCCA on most domainer forums and any attempts to sell these names will get a warning and a link to this post. Now you just screwed your reputation.
