An year back i transferred few Domains which were due to expire to RegisterFly and there were transferred successfully with 1 year renewal. Now the time has come for the 2nd year renewal and due to their Tech. reasons they need to make a Transfer first before they could renew it out of the two domain renewals one of them got renewed but the other one failed. Now the Domain is due to expiry today and i tried 3 attempts and all of the time i received emails indicating that the Transfers failed, i sent a msg to support asking what needs to be done as the Domain was with them for the past 1 year and still no reply yet.
If you have any Domain Renewals to be done at Registerfly Transfer them before you face this problem like me.

Yes, RegisterFly is in a move process from being eNom reseller to starting registering domains under their own ICANN accreditation. This is why all these transfers instead of renewals. This was a prelude... :)
You haven't indicated WHY the transfer failed. There should be reason mentioned in the email you've got...
BTW, from reading these forums, I concluded that registerfly aren't responding to emails. So you better create a support ticket instead.
Good luck!

I already created a Support Ticket 24hrs ago and waiting for a reply from them while my Domain name will expire today.
Though they mentioned to check the Error msg indicating below nothing was specified except for
DomainName.Com
Response from registry:
This is a bad situation that you are loosing domains which i had registered few years ago

I think enom is not playing nice in letting names move away. I had a similiar issue just ask they manually renew it this did the job for me. 24 Hours is the norm for a response

That was your first mistake.
I can vouch that their support ticket system works well. Of course you need to explain very clearly what the problem is :)

With respect I do not agree. The support staff appear to be not capable of reading plain English. They reply with responses that have nothing to do with the stated problem. Registerfly has the worst support of any business I have ever experienced by a very big margin. Stay away from them.

Finally my Domain expired and has gone out of my control, and RegisterFly stopped responding to my emails. The last msg still mentioned that the renewal is still in process but today again i recd. a automated email stating the Transfer failed.
Iam going to transfer all of my Domains from them, please stay away from them. If you want to take a Risk you can always be with them

~50% of domains did renew other 50% failed.
Error - failed to transfer AND on others Error - not enough funds... both are BS reasons
Now I have another 26 stuck in eNon-to-RegisterFly transfer limbo land.
Some are already past 2month auto renew - which of course failed. After failing multiple support tickets one of the domains was renewed manually, but that messed up the WHOIS (RegisteFly Default Profile showed up as owner)
