I have been a long time client of ECPHosting.net but around October 2005 they were bought out and I had to move nameserver addresses which did cause some problems and lost me 2 large clients.
This weekend (1st April 2006) I received an email saying that they were being sold yet again and that there may be a little disruption over the weekend (the same one that I received the email). How long is a weekend?
Everything has gone.... I have no websites, my clients have no websites (Its Tuesday Afternoon here) and I have received my third phone call cancelling service and requesting their money back. So I have only a few more clients to go before I have no clients as well as no websites.
I cannot get through to anyone at ECPHosting, The ECP Forums won't allow you to add anything, and the support tickets don't work. In other words we have been left out in the cold with no means of contact.
I suppose they could email, but wait! My email server is hosted with ECPHosting and guess what, IT DOES NOT NOW EXIST.
Does anyone have the name of a reputable reseller hosting company that I can move to quickly before I loose the last of my clients?
