For the past 5 days there live chat has been offline which was always online for the little while I was there with great great support. All emails sent to any of their support addresses have automatically been returned to sender to me and it doesn't allow me to create new tickets at the help base. Also today I see my site is now offline and I can't reach their site? Does anyone know mhale from this forum I think that is his name or know of ahvio.com? Advice would be great. thanks

Have you try looking into Whois info for phone number.

Okay they offer a 60 day money back guarentee so, thank you very much for that.. I just phoned and it said it was being forwarded to an automatic voice messaging machine, should I just leave a message.. I doubt it would be returned I have been trying to contact him for days. Also about getting my refund, it was a 39.95 payment for a month and then 1 19.95 payment. It was through paypal/visa.. How should I go about that.

If they don't respond in a reasonable time frame and you paid with a card, you can do a chargeback. If you paid with Paypal you can also try to get your money back by working with Paypal, but you have very slim chances, as you bought an intangible "item".

Update: I have just phoned a different number that I found in the PayPal contact, and have made contact. There was a Cpanel problem and things should be okay now, has just been busy, other then that I am not sure. Thanks everyone.
