Your domain seems to be regd with Namecheap, while I cant make out where they have. Am not sure if they have sent their Namecheap details.

If they havent, ask them to initiate a transfer & that you would approve. Else ask them to send them Namecheap account details so that u can push the domain.

That's correct I registered the domain www.snapfishdeals.com with namecheap. They have an easy option to transfer a domain or push it I think it's called. All you need to do is enter the add. your pushing it to, I think.

When I emailed snapfish they just sent me this:
Please transfer it to the information found at this page: http://www.whois.sc/snapfish.com

Geez, there are numerous IP's and names there. I dont get who is or what IP I am supposed to transfer to?

again, thanks for any help.

It looks like you got a lovely letter from Hewlett-Packard lawyers... :) Congrats, man! Welcome to the club!

Jokes aside, you should either:

- consult your lawyers about possible ways for you to react;
- tell them to reimburse you the registration fee and initiate transfer (only they can do this);
- tell them to f$#$&#&ck themselves and see what happens (aren't you curious?).

I would *strongly* suggest you consult the lawyers.

Good luck, man!
