I know that there are a lot of web hosting support outsourcing companies, but I was wondering if there is an outsourcing companies which handles game server support such as client bugs, crashed servers, and server configuration. I run a small GSP mostly as a hobby right now. The servers are great, but the support I provide is only as great as a one-man operation can provide, and I don't have the investment money to hire a person to site sit in front of a screen and handle the occasional ticket.

Is there such a company? If not, somebody should think about starting one because I know for a fact that there are 100s of people like myself running similar operations and in the same boat.

Not 100% sure what your asking, but heres what I got out of it. Your looking to pay a company to help you with your support without having to hire a person? This correct?

As far as game server support like this, I've never heard of such a thing, but I'm sure if you talked to a few providers, for a certain fee, they may look into doing it. Really depends upon the system you are running.

Have you tried to google it? Perhaps you should ask a gaming server provider for more information of if you bought a server from them who would they recommend you go to for outsourced support. Just an option.

In answer to your question, no it's not really possible.

From experience, the best support comes from gamers themselves.

This isn't something you can effectively outsource yet.
