Has anyone had experiance or knows anything about stackedtech ?

I found the host on here when i was looking to order a resellers account for my client but after like 3-4 weeks, i can't login to WHM or CPanel with my user/pass.

I contacted them on their "Contact Form" and they said they will get back to me within 24hrs. Its been like 3 days and there's no reply yet.

Unfortunately they don't have a customers service # listed where I can get a hold of them, its very unfortunate as I really need to upload my client's site and get stuff started.

Are these guys for real?

Well If they Did not reply email 3 days, It not good idea to put clients or your website..
Why dont you look for diffents providers who offer the money worth service.

Well you could do a whois lookup on the domain, and atleast get a phone number for them. However, you may just have to cut your losses and move to another provider :( Keep us updated on how things go.

seems like there was an error and that the system terminated my account for some unknown reason but they are going to reactivate my account

i talked to the owner of stackedtech seemed rather understandable.
