All the tutorials i see online have instructions on a linux box.
Was wondering if there is any tutorials for a windows box.

I'm using Wamp 5

I don't know Wamp 5; but the instructions are the same. Use the MySQL Administrator to help you with configuring the servers so you aren't messing with .ini files.
