I was just wondering if anyone knows if with wholesalecolo can I choose not to be able to burst higher then my given bandwidth??? Dont want to go over.

Ask them to bill you by actual usage... in which case no matter how much you burst, you are being billed by the actual GB transfer. I know they will work this out for you.
