There are many legal theories and I won't discuss them all here other than to say that ***** and Propagation Networks have been, as of this afternoon (5/3), ordered by a Houston District Court Judge to appear in a Houston District Court and answer and show cause why they should not be enjoined from spamming Rackshack customers with false and misleading statements.

They have been ordered to appear at 1:30 PM, Friday, May 10, 2002.

I'll keep you guys up to date as the process transpires.

If they are totally different, then teaming up to beat down ***** shouldnt be a problem. ***** obviously tried to still customers from both of them, I hope that ***** dies!
