Reverian apparently decided to upgrade their servers with no notice to us and since then the site has not worked.
We have contacted them via email and phone, both politely and with threats to move our business elsewhere, with NO response from them.
reverian first claimed they were upgrading the server, the next time they told us they had a disc error.
They are so inept they are not even capable of doing a restore of our data, as they did not have a proper backup procedure.
Other issues:
they did not act on any requests, including redirecting email, so some email has been lost
they did not allow us to access our files when requested
we paid in advance for hosting and they have not sent a refund

Sorry to hear of your problems.
(1). Find a reputable host. There are hundreds of excellent hosts in this forum alone that will serve you well.
(2). Do a chargeback on your credit card payment if they refuse to refund your payment.
(3). Move on. :)

So you're an Aussie too!
I have moved hosts, but unfortunately did not find this forum first!
One thing that really irks me is that my former host will not allow me access to MY files!
Another thing that is a problem (I think) is that hosts offerring Control Panel (Cpanel) may have a potential problem.
When the CPanel allows users to do a backup, is it backing up EVERYTHING - including items like the XMB forums data, theme etc????!!!!

Nope. That's the old one. The new one isn't on the site yet. It's on the new server only just this morning.
