Hi there,

I have been with ResellerZoom for approximately 7 months. This started as the smallest budget plan and eventually went to a custom plan of around 250GB of BW per month.

Speed:
I can't complain. The speed has never been an issue for me. I did receive the occasional 500 error but you have to understand how large my sites grew to be.
10/10

Support:
The technical support team is awesome. They have been very helpful. At times they have fixed scripts, etc. They really go beyond what they're responsible for. My only grudge is the fact that their customer support department is closed during the weekends. When someone like me needs to upgrade urgently, 1-2 days of downtime could be pretty bad.
9/10

Reliability:
My sites were hardly ever down. If they ever did go down, it was for a few minutes at most.
10/10

I got an email from Kiet (customer support) telling me that they moved my account to a temporary server because it was using a lot of resources. I pretty much expected that considering how large my sites got to be. The thing is, instead of suspending/terminating the accounts, they moved it to a new server and gave me time to move or upgrade to one of their managed dedicated servers. Kiet and the team were more than helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

By the way, I have been with many resellers in the past. That includes varhosting, etc. None of them compare -- In my opinion.

I'm now on a private dedicated server with softlayer.

I hope this helps!

No problem at all.

Chris, I'd rather not reveal it. I know it's 'sketchy' but I have been at WHT for years -- I would register, wait a year, and then post.

You can do a background check if you're really that worried - just search my posts.

Cheers

Max, if you aren't comfortable with posting your domain name, send it the moderators (using the report button, I believe) and they can verify it and post if it's legitimate or not.

People asked for a domain -- it would be a real shame to have that cast a shadow of a doubt on this well written review. :)

I have sent them a list of a few URLs that I HAD with them. I don't know how they will be able to determine if I'm lying or not considering if they do research it's going to point to softlayer.

They will be able to check the whois history to see where your domain has been pointed in the past.

I can confirm though that you did send us 4 of your domains. :agree:
