Does anyone know how namecheap domain reseller program works? They have a link on their site, but that take us to the contact page. I sent them an e-mail four days ago and still waiting for a reply.

We registered as Namecheep resellers on May 1st.
Although we have sent e-mails with our tracking number asking for confirmation and setup instructions.
We have not received a reply as of yet.

Does anybody know if this is to be expected, and if not...
