Never heard of them before today, have you tried doing a search on their name?

That is from their domain's whois, but it's best if you ask them directly.

Hi

Best to do a search on WHT Forums for some reviews :)

I've seen them mentioned a few times, but I don't recall any detailed reviews.

The provider's experience in the field is of some importance. I would try to find out more about the owners' and employees' experience if the company itself isn't that old.

I suggest you try an imagine being a reseller hosting provider yourself for a minute. Take a good look at the prices of good servers and apply some math to that. It's even better if you use the dedicated server prices of the provider you're interested in. Because resellers tend to use what they buy (especially in the long run), this can tell you a bit about about the sustainability of certain business models. :)

Don't confuse reseller hosting with shared hosting. Some of the things that can work for shared hosting, don't work for reseller hosting. ;)

Good luck!

i need a web host manager,, will shared hosting have that ?With the vast majority most hosts, it won't, but there are a few hosts that do give WHM to shared hosting customers. As per the TOS, you won't be allowed to resell off of those accounts though.

No detailed reviews from me yet. I have been with them for a couple of months just about now and I don't think that's time enough to actually review them. The fact that I'm still with them is a good indication as I'm not generally one to accept inferior service or support. The price is actually fairly good too.

You can see, for instance, http://kgiii.info as people often ask for a sample URL when posting a review.

I can also say I never heard of them. Go to Hostvoice and do a search for what you are looking for. It makes your life easier then come here and do a search on the recommended hosts. :)

Thanks,
Jay

The prices are actually fairly low and the service has been grand. The support has been slow at times but that's probably my fault as I gave them standing orders to ignore me unless it was marked urgent and I'll limit my support to just the one technician whom I've dealt with the entire time. I like not having to repeat stuff and dealing with a single person.

If you hit the search button you'll probably find me mentioning allreseller a few times. Unfortunately I don't feel that I can give an honest review other than to say that I'm still with them. To even be saying that is a good sign though because I'm pretty prone to just moving on if I'm getting bad service, support, or in any way unhappy. These folks answered a million pre-sales questions (oh you don't even want to imagine) and I felt comfortable enough risking (I made the choice that I could afford to lose that money if things went wrong) an entire year's payment.

Let me share something with you.

In July of 2005 I started the "quest" to find the company... In November of 2005 I opted to go with a reseller plan to recoup my losses or to get a few people involved with me.

I placed my order in February...

My "list" had (at one point) well (really) something silly 500 sites on it all saved via a decent .doc file.

I contacted each and every single one.

It then wore down to 100... (This was near holiday season so I was good and gave an extra few hours.)

I then contacted them again under an assumed name/email as my name has a wee bit of weight to it in some small spheres.

I then asked questions of those who responded.

Those who answered got kept on the list, those who didn't got tossed off. Pretty simple really and I asked some of the most retarded questions at this point. I asked silly things like, "Well, can I at least host my own MP3's if I want?"

It got down to 50... It got down to 20... It got down to ten - that was the HARDEST cut to make.

After that it was all logistics. Prior to that I'd asked every single question (oh you so don't want to think about it - I mean I KNOW I used up every minute of my support time before they're no longer profitable) that I could think of so I started making stuff up. Well not quite. I asked the additional questions like, "what would happen if ______?" "If I had a client who was a spammer then how do I get the abuse report because I don't want you to cancel my clients without my being aware of it before it happens but if you made that choice with proper evidence then I'll eagerly agree"

Oh it was awful... I can swear that I know that there are at least 500 companies who hate me. If they saw the email addresses used in here they'd shoot me. I left live chat alone - that's too expensive. I made not one toll-free number. I did cost them all money though but all were simple emails to their requested pre-sales or support emails.

It finally came down to three companies...

They - the final choices - were a small company with small packages called MicroTerra, a company called C-4.US, and AllReseller...

I knew I wanted the larger and I wanted a yearly plan because I could AFFORD to lose that much (paying yearly is insane for most folks so don't do that) and they were hard to pick from.

So... I got drunk and sent them all emails. I kept that up for a few days. When they stopped responding I had only one left (look specifically to a guy named Zack but you can't have him - he's MY support dude and if you tell him I sent you <Galen> he'll likely kill you with a stick) who was still willing to field my support.

You really think I'm kidding don't you? Err... I'm not... You can have all the access to them you want but keep your hands off my support dude. Really - unless it's marked urgent the rest of the folks there KNOW to leave my requests in the inbox. I do well with one on one and don't want anything other than that and that's exactly the way I want it.

You know? That's exactly the way I get it. Go figure? :D

No, on a serious note - that's really what I did and how I finished the choices. The responses for all of the bottom 20 were on par but, well, they started dropping off. I used multiple names, emails, etc...

I came up with them after a LONG search that was a HUGE list to begin with.

You can (and should) take my research and toss it in the trash. The reason I picked AllReseller.com is because they were the folks who suited my the best. I could have found better deals - as can you. If you buy an account from them today then I've made nothing. ;) So, really, I'd be much happier keeping my results a secret but honestly I learned from watching in places like WHT. They fit my needs exactly and that's what mattered.

You can find cheaper. You can find "better" really. But can you find support, price, services for their price? If you do then let me know and if you don't believe me then test away but please don't tell 'em that you have ever heard of me or they might ban you by default. *grins*

I worked with n. oulman and zack before when they bought my ex-hosting provider. (dailyhosting.net) They are very kind i am sure they can give good customer support. Zack has a professional linux admin. I was asked lots of stupid quesitons and lerant lots of things from him :)

They were using liquidweb when i was with them and server was very fast. (hostdedicated4less i think) I recommend them all of you.
