I am looking for a server adminstration expert in the following areas: Linux, Load balancing, Apache, Server Security, Application Redundancy and MySQL to assist with help in growing and stabalizing our multi server web entertainment network.

Must have experience in load balancing, server mirroring using rsync or other protocals, MySQL and Apache optimization for EXTREMELY high traffic servers.

You must have experience in all of the below:
-high traffic (200k daily+ uniques) sites
-apache 1.3/2.0 / mod_ssl / php5
-possibly perl
-bind / mysql (setup from source) / mysql mirroring
-understanding of linux in-out from low level (rhel/centos distro)
-networking / server monitoring / failure handling

AND:

-be available for a good portion of the day either through ICQ, AIM or MSN
-have a very strong grasp of linux server administration.
-be highly reliable and trustworthy with solid past experience and credentials

This is a LONG-TERM position and I'm NOT looking for a server management company but only PASSIONATE AND SKILLED INDIVIDUALS.
