I would just like to know if there anything new comnig out microsft, or win 2000 server, will saty the satndad for awile. Will there be win xp servers soon?

Microsoft is saying that .Net Server will be out by the end of 2002. My guess is that it will actually be released Q1 2003. Microsoft says it's really targeted at people running NT4, not the folks already running Windows 2000 Server.

beside the fact, that it will cost an arm and a leg, will there be any point for it?

There's going to be a complete overhaul of IIS from what I understand. I'm not sure if this a good or bad thing, but it supposedly going to be more secure and have better perofrmance.
