I have set up email accounts on Ensim and Squirrelmail....my users are complaining that they can't send email out of the domain. What is the problem? Help please!

What is the problem? Help please! Send a copy of the returned mail header so we can get a better idea.. Are they actually using Squirrelmail to send the messages or in Outloook? I know with Outlook it is sometimes an issue as you have the enable SMTP.
