I know you have probably heard this a thousand times. "Help me build a hosting company!". I am kind of in the same situation. I am trying to start a hosting company but its a little different.

I have a 3.0 P4 with 2.0 GB of DDR 400. And a Terabyte of Hard drive space. Raid 5.

I used this Suite of things like MySQL, PHP5, Tomcat, Apache, etc. Now my father has lots of clients that need websites and I build them and find them hosting. I have been able to host a site but these clients rely on email quite often.

I have found a host here for a good deal for colocation for a good price. 500gb a month for 75.00/month. Now I can upgrade that if I need to. What I am asking is if there is anyone willing to show me the steps to setting up a reliable Windows Server.

The reason it has to be windows is because I host a game server off it and it wont work on Red Hat. I will be hostiing websites and game servers so if anyone can help me setting up the web hosting for windows including an email server and some kind of control pannel.

If anyone is willing to help me then I would be eternally grateful. I have money for the start up cost.

that would be lots of work...you might look for a control panel that works with windows..

Since you are looking at paying for help, moved to employment.

I dont think you guys understand. I was more pointing this towards people's opinion on certain things. And more of I need help with the email server. I was going to keep this as an on going project but if thats not what this site is intented for just let me know.

funny you should ask that. I just spoke to Microsoft the other day at the Webhosting day conference in Germany and he gave a lecture on Microsofts resurgence in the webhosting market.
