I need some custom programming done in order to generate reports that calculates avg. response time and resolution time pr department/group/user using the database from a standard kayako installation.

I would prefer for you to have worked with the kayako database before - but contact even if you havent, and feel that you could do this.

People tells me its easy to deal with, by our guys are simply too busy.

Are you wanting graphs with these? or simply a function or script to get an average and display it as text?

I could do it for you, turn around time 24hrs cost $50.00 -- I would need access to your mysql DB to get what the time is saved as and then write the script... I havent customed kayako before, but I have used it and I am somewhat familiar with it..
