hi, i do not have the money for cpanel or stuff like this.. but I'd like to offer reseller plans but without having to set up every little account they need by hand.

are there any freeware scripts or even sort of little panels around to allow to my resellers:

- activate new users (webspace+quota)
- manage ftp accounts

There are some free control panels but I think the most powerful is webcp (canhost.com).

It is used by some webhosting companies here on wht (including diginode.net , canhost itself and some others).

There others yet but among those I tested no one is suitable for quality hosting except this one.

There is a support forum for webcp and they will help you with installation.

If you don't use most of your server, and only have a few clients. Why not reduce your colo cost and just get a reseller account from mchost.com or netacore.com . I mean with there plans you can't go wrong, and at the same time you get enough bandwith and space to provide hosting for more than more users today. And at a fraction of the cost of colo. Also this is a great perk, it comes with CPANEL and WHM. And I mean nothing compares to that software. I mean nothing out there.
