Since I can't find ENSim Reseller plan to my needs from the last request, I change my mind to WHM/CPanel Bulk reseller plan.

I know VO have some troubles recently, their bulk reseller plan won't come out very soon I guess.

Can anyone recommend any WHM/CPanel bulk reseller plan and the provider use VONOC?

My other requirements are:
(1) SSH access enabled for the reseller account. Temporary SSH access granted by request for resold accounts if you think that SSH access granted by reseller are harmful to server security.

(2) Support documents and Helpdesk system. Online Chat and support forums are a plus but not mandatory. If online chat is provided, I hope it is accessed by normal connection (port 80 or 8080), some Java chat access non-standard ports are blocked by firewall.

(3) Good uptime and server stability/security.

About the bandwidth fee: I know VO bandwidth are expensive than the popular cogent bandwidth. That's why I insist on VONOC to get better hosting quality and connection speed from my location.

If you know any hosting company provide good support with VO bandwith or you're such a company, just let me know too.

downtownhost is in VONOC and while they offer account reselling on their web site they offered bulk accounts about 1 month ago.

you can contact them and ask about it.

The owner visits here too.

downtownhost.com , HotCulture.com , and LinkStream.net .
No hosting experiences and comments.

While I am not a reseller, I host my site with DownTownHost. As a customer, I can say that they have OUTSTANDING customer service. :) Since that's one of the things you're looking for, I'd thought I'd give my 2 cents. :)

Gonna have to agree here, although I never hosted with him - I worked on a couple projects with him and he was a very friendly person to work with - even with unexcusable delay, he was understanding and friendly. I don't have a doubt that he's any different with his hosting services ;)
