Hi, guys, I'm new with 2checkout.com and I need your help. A client of mine have ordered a recurring product (payment ecery month). Now the order is in this status : "Total New Recurring Charges Billed Awaiting Processing to Vendor: $ x.xx" . What do I have to do now?

edited : I guess this is a stupid enough question..anyway..have 2checkout.com billed the customer already or I have to do something...I'm saying this because although there is the order my account's balance is 0.00$ .

According to 2CheckOut's site:

Pending means that the buyers card was charged and that the funds are sitting on your account and are scheduled to be processed and released to you at the next payment processing.

I've got some $ in that status as well, and I'm pretty sure that you'll see the deposit made to your bank account on the 15th (today) or the 31st.

The account balance underneath all that pending should be $0.00. If it is ever not $0.00, it means there is a problem with your bank account and they couldn't make the deposit!
