Q. What does your system do to provide security?
A. WHNBilling uses multiple features when it comes to security, the first line of defense is encrypting all credit cards using RC4 encryption with a
128 bit key. Our second line of defense is using htaccess to allow only select people inside the billing management area. And the third is Zend
Encoding, All our php files are now fully encoded so that the source code can not be seen by anyone trying to view it. All they will see is garble.
WHNBilling always recommends that you have a machine solely dedicated to your billing. This machine should be "locked down" with firewall
protection and ip limitations so that only a select few people can access it. This advice goes along not only with WHNBilling's software, but for
any billing program
Q. Do you have a discount for startup companies?
A. Because we have set this promotion so low, we are not offering any additonal discounts to startup companies.
Q. Does WHNBilling work with ____________ gateway?
A. Gateways such as Worldpay, Revecom etc are more like 3rd level gateways, they require you to use their homepage to complete any transactions. WHNBilling and many other billing software require a API
