Im just curious really to see what everones favourite Web editor is. Mine has to be dreamweaver and im sure alot of you would agree but some prefer others.
I heard adobe golive is quite good. I dont really like frontpage since it puts way to much code into a webpage.
What's your favourite web editors everyone?

Luke

I suppose it depends if you're looking for WYSIWYG functionality or not.
Personally I use TopStyle (http://www.newsgator.com/NGOLProduct.aspx?ProdID=TopStyle).

My favourite editor used to be Editplus 2.
Now, I've switched to HTMLPad 2005.

Homesite, without a doubt. It's the text editor upon which Dreamweaver's code view is based, but it's more robust.

Mine is Dreamweaver. It does everything really. It has a HomeSite integrated so I can switch between design and code view with a simple click. Been using it for years and still got a hell of a lot to learn. Although I don't intend on taking web design further than a hobby....
Dreamweaver is the best of all, i have found it very usefull the only software that i use fully.

Quanta http://quanta.kdewebdev.org/ (until KDE runs on windows this is Linux only app)
Quanta is way beyond just editor and IMHO it is light years ahead of dreamweaver in all areas that matter to me. It is extremely scriptable and configurable IDE. That means that it can be made to do some stuff like encoding of PHP files on a fly (as you save them), integration and passing information from and to other non-related apps, scriptable actions on almost every event (for an example automatically send email to team members when file containing database credentials is changed), PHP debugging and much more.

Dreamweaver w/o a doubt for WYSIWYG. Followed by Notepad for quick editing.
