Looking for a designer to make a template for a humor site. I have a coder working on the CMS right now.

The designer will have some lee-way for coming up with the design; I have an idea of what I want the layout to accomplish but I'm not quite sure how to do it (the goal is to make it simple, yet informative, clean and aesthetically pleasing).
